Video Analysis

65% of people are visual learners. Video utilization (Ipad, Hudl) can be an extremely effective tool in enhancing a players development and helping them gain a competitive advantage.  Most athletes are not maximizing their learning potential by merely listening to the coach speak. Whether dissecting stride mechanics or breaking down game film, through video analysis we  can provide a player with immediate feedback, enabling quicker adjustments while aiding retention.
